The bids are as follows: <br />John Schoen ng Excavating . . . . . . . . .$12,500 <br />LeRoy Dressel Excavating. . . . . . . . . . 5,650 <br />Both contractors have stated that access to the building <br />from County Road 6 may be difficult and if a culvert and drive <br />approach are needed, there may be extra costs. <br />RECOMMENDATION - To award the building removal at 200 Hollander <br />Road to Dressel Excavating for an amount of $5,650 to <br />authorize negotiation for costs of drive approach if neces <br />PROPOSEDMOTION - Moved by , seconded by , to award the <br />building removal at 200 Hollander Road to Dressel Excavating for <br />an amount of $5,650 and to authorize negotiatinq for costs for a <br />drive approach if necessary. <br />TO: Mayor and Ci +-y Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administ. <br />Forwarded recommending approval to LaRoy Dressel.
