Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: January 8, 1988 <br />Subject: Moat Ramp - Response Letter From Resident <br />Staff has received several queries from Mr. Honour regarding the <br />issues set forth in the staff letter of September 22, 1987. The City <br />received a letter from him confirming that a ramp has existed on his <br />property for many years prior to 1975 and that tl^16 ramp has sustained <br />several improvements since the original installation. The letter has been <br />misplaced in the files. <br />Staff has since been advised that Mr. Honour is in the business of <br />installing these ramps and was responsible for a recent installation within <br />the Cove neighborhood (specifically Mr. Prices' at 2914 Casco Point Road). <br />The attached letter from Mr. Honour requests copies of the photographs <br />taken by staff of the seven subject ramp structures. <br />
