Agreement No. PW 74-08-87 <br />the project showing the City's final share in the contract construction and <br />engineering costs for the project. <br />Upon payment of the Final Estimate to the successful bidder by Hennepin County, <br />any amount remaining as a balance in the deposit account will be returned to the City; <br />likewise any amount due the County by the City upon payment of the Final Estimate by <br />the County shall then be paid by the City as ;t; fi,,ial payment for the construction <br />and engineering cost of this project. <br />YII <br />The County Engineer will prepare monthly progress reports as provided in the <br />specifications. A copy of these reports will be furnished to the City. <br />All records kept by the City and the County with respect to this project shall <br />be subject to examination by the representatives of each party hereto. <br />IX <br />The County reserves the right not to issue any permits for a period of five (5) <br />years after completion of the project for any service cuts in the roadway surfacing of <br />the County Highways included in this project for any installation of underground <br />utilities which would be considered as new work; service cuts shall be allowed for the <br />maintenance and repair of any existing underground utilities <br />x <br />It is agreed that the City shall, at its own expense, remove and re�?ace all <br />-5- <br />
