MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JANUARY 11, 1988 <br />i1230 ^AYMOND JOHNSON <br />7670 PHEASANT ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION i2345 <br />Raymond and Susan Johnson were present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request <br />for an average lakeshore setback variance and 75-250' <br />hardcover variance to construct a 3-season porch. The <br />most affected neighbor has submitted a letter in support <br />of the proposal. Applicant proposes to remove an equal <br />amount of existing hardcover to match the new structural <br />hardcover from the propo�>ed improvement so there will be <br />no increase in hardcover. Planning Commission <br />recommended approval. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to :adopt Resolution #2345 <br />approvin-, the variances as drafted. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />#1235 CITY OF ORONO <br />265 ORONO ORCHARD ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />RESOLUTION #2347 <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a conditional use permit to permit the installation of <br />an 864. s.f. accessory structure for Equipment storage <br />purposes at the Orono Golf Course. Planning Commission <br />recommended approval. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Callahan, to adopt Resolution M2347 <br />approving the ccnditional use permit as drafted. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />
