1688.6 <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER , SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4.92, <br />SUBDIVISION 8, ADOPTED MARCH 17, 1987, AND ENTITLUD -AN ORDINANCE <br />RELATING TO INTOXICATING AND NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSING <br />AND REGULATION <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance Chapter 4, Section 4.02 Subdivision 8 adopted <br />March 17, 1987, and entitled "An Ordinance relating to <br />Intoxicating and Non-Intoxicationg Liquor Licensing and <br />Regulation" is amended to read: <br />Subd. 8. Persons Disqualified. In addition to any <br />other provision of law, no person shall qualify for a license <br />under this Chapter who has been convicted within five years of <br />the license application of violating any law relating to the <br />manufacture, sale or distribution of non -intoxicating malt <br />liquor, liquor or wine, or whose license therefor has been <br />revoked within such period of time or convicted of gambling <br />withir five years of the license application. Nor shall any <br />person qualify who has not attained the State established legal <br />drinking age. <br />This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption and <br />publication on January 18, 1988. <br />Passed by the Council this llth day of ,January, 1988. <br />Edward Callahan, Acting Mayor <br />ATTEM <br />Dorothy M.
