Amend the ordinance deleting citizenship as a <br />requirement <br />RECOM_MEND_ATION - It is recommended that the Council approve an <br />ord-inance amendment deleting citizenship as a requirement for <br />licensing. Additionally it is recommended that the license be <br />approved as the applicant currently meets the criteria with the <br />background investigation. ?t is recommended however, that the <br />the ordinance not be amended to limit gas stations or convenience <br />stores. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _ , seconded by , to approve the <br />non -intoxicating malt liquor license for Navarre Auto, 2420 <br />Shadywood Road for the license year January 11, 1988 to December <br />31, 1988 and further approve Attachment B as an amendment to <br />Ordinance Section 4 deleting citizenship as a requirement.
