Based on my inspection and information in the City file, <br />I feel the City has no alternative but to send this information <br />before the City Council to start Hazardous Building Action to <br />correct the hazardous condition which exists. <br />This matter will be held during the January 11, 1988 Council <br />meeting at 7:00 P.M. <br />Attached is a copy of my inspection of the structure and other <br />information which supports the action being taken. <br />If you have any questions on the matter, please feel free to <br />contact me at my office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas J.
