During this inspection I found that the garage <br />structure has been left in a hazardous condition. The foundation <br />of the structure has le ie cracks in it which has left the <br />structure in an unstable condition. <br />I spoke with you on the matter and you said you would have a <br />State Certified Engineer assess the structure. I have not <br />received any certification that the structure is in a safe <br />condition. <br />Therefore, on January 11, 1988, this matter will be reviewed at <br />the City Council meeting to initiate Hazardous Building Action. <br />You may appear at that time to explain why you feel the structure <br />should not be repaired or removed. <br />If you have any questions on the matter, please feel free to <br />contact me at my office. <br />Sincerely (1 <br />homas J.
