Presently items A, B, D and E are <br />occupier' and will require the current occupants to be moved by a <br />specific date as outlined in the resolutions. It should be <br />rememuered that these resolutions do not necessarily require that <br />the building be torn down, but that the discrepan:ies be <br />corrected in an expeditious manner or that the City will go to <br />Court to either have the structure repairQd or removed. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Adopt any and all resolutions <br />2. Amend and adopt <br />3. :able any or all the resolution to a future meeting <br />4. Move not to commence action on any or all of the <br />resolutions at this time as they do not meet the test <br />for hazardous buildings <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that ail the resolutions be <br />undertaken to commence hazardous buildings proceedings. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by , that the City <br />Council adopt resolutions # _ through i0itiating hazardous <br />buildings proceedings against the liste addressed together with <br />the required securing of the buildings it, a reasonable period of <br />time and for any occupied buildings to be vacated.
