Staff recommends tabling adoption of the agreement pending negotiation on desired changes with the County. City Administrator Bernhardson clarified f . Councilmember Callahan why utilization of the P"3A funds would be a net cost to the City of only $28,000. Councilmember Goetten felt mare information was needed and more time to review the information was needed prior to making a recommendation. City Administrator Bernhardson noted the need for Council to make an initial preliminary decision at this or the next meeting.
