Chairman Callahan called for the <br />public hearing for Gordon Hedlund's variance application to <br />permit the construction of a new residence. Building 6 <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron, noted the affidavit of <br />publication and the certificate of mailing. Robert & Sue <br />Bilger of 4005 North Shore Drive were present from the <br />audience for this public hearing. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaff ron noted that the lot is <br />partially located within the LR-lC and LR-lB zoning <br />district. Caffron noted that Planning Commission should <br />decide first what zoning district standards should apply to <br />t'iis application <br />Kelley asked about the surrotnding luts in the n -hborhood <br />and felt that the zoning should match the surr . uing lots. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Caffron stated that the <br />surrounding lots are mostly half -acre. <br />
