198. <br />ATT�$Tz <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1873 <br />1. :'he regrading shall adhere to the approved landscape and <br />grading plans. <br />2. Regrading shall be done under close supervision of staff <br />and City Engineer to assure that proposed contours will blend <br />with the neighbors' yards. <br />3. The applicant shall have this grading done <br />professionally and not by the applicant. <br />4. A silt fence sedimentation barrier shall be installed <br />prior to and maintained in place during the regrading process <br />and until the sod has become finally rooted. <br />5. The grading work shall take place within a single 24 hour <br />period and the entire lakeshore yard shall be sodded within <br />the immediate following 24 hour i;eriod in order to minimize <br />any erosion :.nto the lake. <br />6. Any new steps or stairway constructed to replace the <br />existing steps shall not exceed the area of hardcover of the <br />existing steps. <br />7. Authorit-es granted by this variance run with the <br />property nct with the owner, but are permissive only and must <br />be exercised by application for a grading permit within one <br />year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />exp , on :hat date (October 28, 1986). <br />8. Violation of or noncompliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the ;tLninc code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />yranted here:.n, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />9.
