The existing limestone retaining walls are in disrepair and are subject to erosion <br />problems. <br />2. Replacing the existing crumbling limestone walls with heavy stone blocks is suitable for <br />this site for long term sustainability keeping the existing slopes intact. <br />3. I am a registered professional engineer in the State of Minnesota. <br />4.
