11. Miscellaneous. <br />11.1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the City and the District <br />and supersedes any other written or oral agreements between the parties regarding <br />the subject matter of this Agreement. <br />11.2. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of Minnesota. Any dispute <br />shall be brought in Hennepin County district court. <br />11.3. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in any number of counterparts, <br />all of which shall be original and shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br />11.4. No amendments or changes to this Agreement are valid and effective unless set <br />forth in writing and signed by both parties. <br />46 <br />
