AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: August 11, 2025 <br />Title: Annual Performance Review of the City Administrator <br />Presenter: Adam Edwards, City Administrator / Engineer <br />Section: Closed Session <br />Item: 20 <br />Purpose: <br />The meeting will be closed as permitted by § 13D.05, Subd. 3(a), to evaluate the performance of <br />the City Administrator. The purpose of this item is for the City Council to provide feedback on the <br />City Administrator's performance over the preceding year. <br />2. Background: <br />At the June 23, 2025 council meeting, at Council Member Ricks' request, the city council provided <br />direction to reopen the City Administrator review process. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />Conduct the closed session in accordance with § 13D.05, Subd. 3(a). <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Discuss and agree to goals and expectations of the City Administrator for 2025. <br />197 <br />
