6. Staff Recommendation: <br />As applied, Planning Staff recommends denial. Staff contends a practical difficulty has not been <br />established as the applicant has full use of the property for a single family home and there are <br />possible conforming locations for an accessory building exist on the property along the north side <br />of the home, and the proposed location serves as a convenience. <br />Staff requests the Council review the revised plan along with the practical difficulty standards to <br />provide direction to City Staff for drafting a resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should direct Staff to draft a resolution with the determined findings for the August 25, <br />2025 City Council meeting. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
