CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />No. 7542 <br />SHO <br />stormwater facilities required by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District; the Drainage Easements <br />shall be shown on the Plat. <br />134. Removals. A demolition permit must be issued and final inspection completed for the shed to be <br />removed on Lot 1 prior to issuance of the Septic System permit for Lot 1. <br />135. Development Fees. *Final fee amounts will be provided at the time of Final Plat. <br />a. Park Dedication Fee. The subdivision is subject to the standard Park Dedication Fee <br />requirement. The Park Dedication Fee is outlined in the City's current Fee Schedule and applied <br />to each newly created lot on a per lot basis. Park dedication fees are based on Hennepin <br />County assessed value of the predeveloped land. The Park Fee for Lot 1 will be based on the <br />current Fee Schedule at the time of Final Plat approval. <br />b. Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee The development is subject to the Stormwater and <br />Drainage Trunk Fee, as established in the City's Official Fee Schedule at the time of Final Plat <br />approval. Currently, based on the 2024 Fee Schedule, the development of a property within a 2- <br />acre residential zone requires payment of $8,060 per each new lot and as proposed, the <br />Developer will be subject to payment of a SWDT fee for one new lot or $8060.00. <br />136. City Engineer Approval. Approval of the plat is subject to recommendations of City Engineer <br />Adam Edwards. <br />B7. Plans and Specifications. The plans and specifications submitted for review and approval by the <br />City and other appropriate jurisdictions prior to approval of the Final Plat. <br />B8. Expiration. The Preliminary Plat approval granted by this Resolution shall expire one-year from the <br />approval date or December 9, 2025. <br />FINAL SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Community Development Department at <br />least four (4) weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting (on the second and fourth <br />Mondays of the month). The required submittals are as follows: <br />C1. Record plat drawings in the form of (1) to -scale digital copy; two (2) mylar copies (one copy for the <br />City's records and one for filing with Hennepin County); and one (1) copy reduced to 1" = 200'. <br />Drawing to include: <br />a. Lot lines platted per preliminary plat survey/drawing by Gronberg & Associates, Inc., dated <br />October 21, 2024 attached hereto as Exhibit A, except as modified herein. <br />iIFIA <br />
