� � Clt of ORONO <br /> • � <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1244 <br /> • - • • <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO PLACE A <br /> STOP SIGN AT FOX STREET AND OLD CRYSTAL <br /> BAY ROAD <br /> WHEREAS the City of Orono and the Hennepin County Department <br /> of Transportation has received information of a traffic contro1 problem <br /> at tfie intersection of Fox Street and Old Crystal Bay Road in the city <br /> of Orono , and , <br /> WHEREAS the City of Orono staff has determined and recommended <br /> to the Orono City Council that the installation of an additional stop " <br /> sign at that intersection would improve the safety of traffic flow at <br /> that intersection . <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono <br /> � Minnesota does hereby request Hennepin County Department of Transportation <br /> to install a regulation size and type stop sig�� at the intersection of <br /> Fox Street and Old Crystal Bay Road . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the stop sign be p1aced so as to <br /> stop the east bound traffic on Fox Street at 01d Crystal Bay Road . <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a regular meeting <br /> held January 26 , 1981 . <br /> Y� � <br /> William B .
