� • N <br /> ��t� of ORO O <br /> � . <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � 1243 <br /> NO. <br /> • - • • <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING APPROVAL FOR <br /> REALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT , <br /> BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has executed a Cooperation Agreement <br /> with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the Urban Hennepin County <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has participated in the Urban <br /> Hennepin County CDBG Program during Years II, III, IV, V, and VI; and <br /> WHEREAS, several of the projects approved for said years have <br /> been completed leaving a small balance of unused funds which could be <br /> used to complete other approved projects for which sufficient funds were <br /> not available . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> �ity of Orono hereby requests approval to transfer and reallocate approved <br /> roject funds as follows : <br /> l. Year II Project 68 transfer $ 6 . 11 to Year III Project 76 <br /> 2 . Year II Project 69 transfer $ 900 .00 to Year III Project 76 <br /> 3 . Year II Project 71 transfer $ 638 .00 to Year III Project 76 <br /> 4 . Year III Project 77 transfer $1, 896 .68 to Year III Project 76 <br /> . 5 . Year IV Project 76 transfer $ 4 . 12 to Year III Project 76 <br /> The above intention being to completely close out and tranfer all funds <br /> from the listed projects to Year `III Project 76 for purposes of completing <br /> improvements to Bederwood Park, except that balance of $2 ,000 . 00 shall , <br /> remain in Year II Project 69 for improvements committed for Casco Circle <br /> Park. <br /> All other projects having outstanding funds remain active with funds having <br /> been committed by the City as of this date . <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br /> meeting held January 26 , 1981. <br /> \� � � ;� �.�� \ �t <br /> , \� �, - � <br /> Mary C.
