SITE EVALUATION REFCRT <br />FOR TOI: BETZ <br />LCT $, BLOCK 1 <br />Mc CU LLEY F..^.RM <br />9-28-L3 <br />On Sel te.iber 22-2-4s 1983 six percolation holes were tested <br />and 3 scil borings taken on the above property to determine 2 <br />drainfield sites, a primary and an alternate site. Testing was <br />done in accordance with the provisions of Individus'. Sewage <br />Treatment Systems Standards (WPC-40). <br />The percolation holes were dug 6 inches in diameter `c a <br />42 inch depth while the soil borings were dug 6 inches in di. - <br />meter to the 4 foot depth and 3 inches in diamter to the re- <br />maining depth. <br />Very good loamy soils were encountered just below the <br />proposed house location near the top of the knoll which would <br />probably allow gravity flow from the house. The average per- <br />colation rate of Z2.1 minutes per inch and lack of a high <br />water table would allow a standard system to be constructed <br />on either site. <br />Once the house size and location are known, a design for <br />the system should be made.
