� Cit of ORONO <br /> � <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1233 <br /> • � • • <br /> � . .. . . <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY ASSESSING <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into an <br /> Agreement with the County of Hennepin for the assessment of <br /> commercial, industrial, and residential properties located in <br /> the City of Orono by the County Assessor for Hennepin County <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1967, Section 273 . 072 , that the <br /> term of said Agreement shall be for the assessing years 1981, <br /> 1982 , 1983 , and 1984 . <br /> The consideration shall be that the City of Orono shall <br /> pay to Hennepin County the sum of $28 , 590 dollars in July, 1981 <br /> and in each July thereafter and that the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> are hereby directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the <br /> City of Orono. <br /> � Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota the <br /> 24 day of November , 1980 by a vote of 5 Ayes and <br /> 0 Nays. <br /> � , <br /> , /��1� 'u..� <br /> William B.
