The Clerk is directed to cause said bonds to be prepared, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same by the facsimile signature fo the Mayor and manual signature of the City Clerk, and by the manual signature of one of such officers, and to cause a facsimile of the corporate seal to be printed on each bond, and to cause the interest coupons to be executed and authenticated by the printed facsimile signatures of said officers. The legal opinion of Messrs .
