County Road #15 area (�0-1) and Scotch <br /> Pine Lane, North Shore Drive (80-2) , several different bids were <br /> received, opened and tabulated accor.ding to law, and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Latour Coristruction Company is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder for the sewer project known as <br /> Minnetonka Bluffs, � <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be , it resolved by the City Cotincil of the <br /> City of Orono, Minnesota. <br /> l. The mayor and clerk are authorized and directed to <br /> enter into the attached contract with Latour Construction Company <br /> in the name of the City of Orono, according to the plans and <br /> specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file <br /> in the of_fice of the City CJ_erk . <br /> • 2 .
