In reviewing applications <br /> ' for variances for replacement struc�ures or for new structures <br /> in areas that have already been platt�d and approved or <br /> partially developed, the �anagers will consider existing <br /> adjacent � structures and patt�rns of dev�lopment. Any such <br /> construction must also be approved by the municipality in <br /> , which the property is located.
