Resolu�ion No. /oyy' <br /> Page 36 � <br /> � <br /> "The minimum setback for all new or replacement structures , <br /> , except boat houses , piers and docks , on any lake in the <br /> district shall be at least 75 feet from the ordinary or � <br /> natural ordinary high �aater mark in conformity with the <br /> standards established by the Department of Natural Resources <br /> for .general development lakes . In reviewing applications <br /> ' for variances for replacement struc�ures or for new structures <br /> in areas that have already been platt�d and approved or <br /> partially developed, the �anagers will consider existing <br /> adjacent � structures and patt�rns of dev�lopment. Any such <br /> construction must also be approved by the municipality in <br /> , which the property is located. " � <br /> i. ) Erosion and Sediment Control: <br /> ' "The managers are concerned with minimizing the erosion that <br /> often results from land alteration. It is the policy of <br /> the managers to require all proposed construction projects <br /> affecting the waters of the district to provide adequately <br /> for erosion protection and sediment control and for such <br /> � � plans to be submitted for district review. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources regulates use of all <br /> public waters in the State and use, development or alteration of all <br /> shoreland areas including all defined`:.flood hazard areas .
