• RESOLUTION # 1091 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION <br /> IN THE 1980 I�IINNESOTA SHADE TREE GRANT PROGRAM � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has a 1980 Shade Tree <br /> Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Budget for 1980 , including sanitation <br /> and reforestation programs of the City, was approved on October 2 , 1979 , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following is the <br /> Shade Tree Program budget for sanitation and reforestation for <br /> calendar year 1980 and that the City share of said budget is <br /> available in the General Fund. <br /> SANITATION REFORESTATION <br /> Personnel $ 10, 983 $ -- <br /> Equipment Use 6 , 008 -- <br /> Outside Contracts 25 , 055 -- <br /> Miscellaneous 5 , 650 -- <br /> • TOTAL 47 , 696 -- <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City <br /> Administrator are hereby authorized to execute and submit the <br /> 1980 Shade Tree Program application to the Minnesota De artment <br /> of Agriculture. <br /> Adopted: Plovember 13 , 1979 <br /> f <br /> G7illiam B.
