The existing driveway on the property has been approved <br /> by the City as acceptable to service one dwelling each on <br /> Lots 1 and 2, but insufficient with substandard sight <br /> distance at the intersection with Willow Drive to serve -- <br /> any additional dwellings. The subdivider has agreed to <br /> construct a new driveway or private road according to all <br /> current City standards of design and construction should <br /> this property ever be further subdivided or should the <br /> property immediately west of this plat ever be subdivided. <br /> Such driveway would most likely run through and in effect � <br /> divide Lot 2 as platted herein. � <br /> 6.
