• RESOLUTION NO. 1085 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY DEPOSITORIES TO ACCEPT <br /> MACHINE-SIGNED SIGNATURES ON <br /> CITY CHECKS, DRAFTS AND OTHER ORDERS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono does authorize the use of <br /> facsimile signatures of both the Mayor and City Administrator on <br /> all City checks, drafts and other orders less than $5 , 000. 00 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City requires the use of hand signatures of <br /> both the Mayor and City Administrator on City checks , drafts or <br /> other orders in excess of $5, 000. 00; and <br /> WHEREAS, on all City checks, drafts and other orders the <br /> Treasurer, or Deputy Treasurer must affix a hand signature, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all designated <br /> depositories of the City of Orono are authorized and directed to <br /> honor checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money <br /> drawn in the name of the City when bearing the facsimile signatures <br /> � of both the Mayor and City Administrator and the hand-written <br /> signature of the City Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer, ii the instrument <br /> is ror less than $5 , 000. 00 ; and the hand-written signatures of any three <br /> of the aforementioned if the instrument is drawn for more than $5 , 000 . 00 . <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, P�innesota at a <br /> regular meeting held on October 16, 1979 . <br /> ; � � � <br /> C ��� � y � �; <br /> Wil iam B.
