A private street <br />contingent upon proper signage and entering into a Hold Harmless <br />Agreement. Attached for review and approval is a draft Hold <br />Harmless Agreement recommended by staff. <br />Recos endation - To approve the Hold Harmless Lgreemen+- and to <br />direct staff to obtain the necessary signatures from the <br />homeowners of Deborah Drive. <br />Proposed Motion - Moved by , seconded by , to reprove the <br />Hold Harmless Agreement and to direct staff to obtain the <br />necessary signatures from the homeowners of Deborah Drive.
