1. The licenses are granted for construction and maintenance of facilities for <br />67 BSUs in accordance with the dock plan attached hereto as Attachment <br />One and hereby made a part of this Order. <br />2. The licenses are conditioned on the continuing maintenance of the following <br />public amenities, each of which has been suggested and agreed to by the <br />Applicant. <br />a. Twenty-one of the non -transient storage slips shall be used only for <br />the storage of sailboats. <br />b. The Island steel shoreline support and landscaping shall be <br />maintained. <br />C. The Licensee shall operate a sailing school for members of the <br />general public which could instruct and train appro.cmately 400 <br />students per year. <br />d. The Licensee shall provide and maintain public toilets, telephones and <br />dumpsters at its Lighthouse Island and Carson Bay facilities. <br />e. Licensee shall maintain VHF and CB radio communications c,n <br />Lighthouse Island. <br />f. Licensee shall provide public access for local, regional, national and <br />olympic competition. <br />g. Sailing school shall not be operated on holidays. <br />h. Licensee shall donate to the City of Deephaven a "make-ready" dock <br />to be located at the Carson Bay access. In the event the City of <br />Deephaven declines to accept the clock or to maintain it, licensee <br />shall install appropriate signage to inform the public of the t <br />availability of public telephones, toilets and dumpsters required in <br />this Order. <br />2 <br />
