The applicant shall provide 5 black hill spruce trees <br />along south and west side of structure. This type was <br />selected because of the tendency of the trees to expand at <br />sides. <br />3. Fairview Covenant Church, as owners of the subject <br />property, must seek a separate land use application with the <br />City for additional improvements to the property. <br />
