t <br />City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />M <br />2705 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, thrit based upon one or <br />more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the prelim, nary rlat for The Landschute <br />Group, Inc. at 375 Leaf Street an_ 1:; o Payside Road per the <br />survey dated July 17, 1987, re•rised September :, 1, ] -87 . = lsed <br />July 24, 1989 by Theodore D. Kemna, S=hoell anu Madson, iiiz. (see <br />Exhibit A attached) subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A variance will be granted to the 200' let width standard <br />f or Lots 1 and 2. <br />2. Lot 1 shall access to Bayside Road subject to a Hennepin <br />County access permit. Lot 2 shall access to Leaf Street <br />sum ject to Cit;r approval of the access location. <br />3. A Conservation and Flowage easement document shall be <br />executed for the designated floodplain of "unnamed Tributary <br />to Stubbs Bay" over Lots 1 and 2, and this eas=ment shall be <br />shown on the plat drawings as a drainage easement. <br />4. No building permits will be issued and no permitted <br />drivew• construction or other excavation may be commenced <br />until such time that the primary and alternate drainfield <br />sites have been fenced off to eliminate disturbance of same. <br />( See Exhil, t A attached.) <br />5. Applicant shall provide a screening/panting plan for <br />review by staff and Council prior to final plat approval. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br />schedu_" d Council meeting on the second and fourth Mo: %lays of <br />the mo . <br />1.
