Cite of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF *rHE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING DEFICIENT <br />BRIDGE STRUCTURES <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Legislature has provided fun( <br />for asistance in the rehabilitation or reconstruction of <br />deficient bridges; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has analyzed the bridges <br />needinq reconstruction on the City streets; and <br />WHEREAS, it is apparent there is insufficient funding <br />available on the local level. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Orono Council does <br />hereby request financial assistance in the reconstruction of the <br />following bridges: <br />Estimated <br />Bridge No. Location Priority Cost <br />90653 Old Crystal Bay Rd & 1 S 560,000 <br />Burlington No. R.R. <br />90650 Willow Dr & 2 560,000 <br />Burlington No. R.R. <br />L-8865 Fox St & Tanager Creek 3 1_00,000 <br />L-8854 Ferndale Rd & Brown Creek 4 100,000 <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held the loth day of July.
