County Road 116 EAR Dated 10/18/89 <br />ISSUE - Presentation to the Council of the environmental <br />assessment worksheet prepared by Hennepin County for any comments <br />that they would like to make Either individually or through the <br />City. <br />INTRODUCTION - The County Road 116 project does require the <br />County —t- to an environmental assessment worksheet. This will be <br />the basis for determining if an environmental impact statement is <br />needed. Comments need to be presented on this by November 29, <br />1989. <br />DISCUSSION - In the initial staff review there does not seem to <br />be any sigr.iticant items in the construction of ti:e project that <br />the City was not previously aware. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Accept the information as presented. <br />2. Make any comments that the Council would like the City to <br />respond with. <br />3. Make individual comments. <br />4. Table for the November 27, 1989 meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the CcunciI accept the <br />information as presented and after any comments twat they would <br />like the City to make, make individual comments as they choose. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved ;:.i —, seconded by that the Council <br />acknowledge receipt of .tt+K environmental assessment worksheet for <br />County Road 1_ 1 6.
