81089.. <br />City of ORONI <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />a NO. 2672 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROPOSED 1989 <br />TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1990 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of <br />money be levied for the current year, collectible in 1990 upon <br />the taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following <br />purposes: <br />For the General Fund $1,426,710 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Improvement Bonds of <br />1985 Debt Redemption Fund Levy of $35,000 for 1990 adopted <br />September 28, 1988 by Resolution #2507 is hereby ordered <br />collected. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Improvement Bonds of <br />1980 Debt Redemption Fund Levy of $17,700 for 1990 adopted <br />November 20, 1980 by Resolution #1228 is hereby ordered <br />collected. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Final Proposed 1989 <br />Tax Levy Collectible in 1990 is calculated using existing law <br />and, and as such, this amount will be affected by, and is subject <br />to, any changes the State Legislature may make during a special <br />legislative session. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this levy is subject to <br />possible reduction by the City Council at a public budget hearing <br />date (as yet unspecified). <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held August 1.4, 1989. n <br />ATT S-: Jam I <br />R.
