Install a pump to remove the <br />accumulated water. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />In addition to the Additional Terms on Page 2, Owner is responsible for the <br />following: <br />•Excavation area must be cleared at least 6’ away from all exterior walls <br />before installation date; includes moving appliances, furniture, carpeting or <br />other flooring, bathroom fixtures, removing baseboards, and cutting <br />finished walls as needed to provide sufficient access. Owner agrees to sign <br />a change order for additional fees if Rite-Way needs to perform any clearing <br />activities and hold Rite-Way and its working forces harmless from, and <br />waives all claims for, damage to personal or real property that may result. <br />•Paneling and/or sheet rock walls may have to be cut off at the bottom <br />including framing.
