u:/� . r <br /> RE50LUTION $� 1077 <br /> � A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1980 . <br /> TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1980 <br /> • <br /> � BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be <br /> levied for the current year, collectible in 1980 upon taxable <br /> property in the City of Orono, for the following purpose: <br /> For all funds except Debt Redemption and Special <br /> Levies $682, 250, which includes the 1979/1980 Levy Limit Base <br /> Adjustment of $28, 350 for� street maintenance. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt • <br /> Redemption Fund Levy of $1, 900 for 1980 adopted October 9, 1972 <br /> by Resolution #465 is necessary and should be collected. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt <br /> Redemption Fund Levy of $21, 500 for 1980 adopted by Resolution <br /> #556 on September 10, 1974 is necessary and should be collected. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $5, 350 <br /> is necessary and should be collected for the bonded indebtedness <br /> portion of payments to be made to other political subdivisions . <br /> � , BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $1. 063 <br /> is necessary and should be collected for the unfunded accrued <br /> �liab ility of the pub lic pension funds . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $20,000 <br /> is necessary and should be collected for shade tree disease control. <br /> The City Clerk-Administrator is hereby instructed to <br /> transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the County Auditor <br /> of Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> special meeting held October 2, 1979 . <br /> William B.
