The <br />we would recommend approval subject to <br />The storm sewer calculations indicate a decrease of 40 percent in the rate of <br />runoff from the site after development. The only significant problem is the <br />pond in lot 3, block 2 which has no outlet below the county road elevation. <br />This will not be a problem unless two back to back 100 year storms are <br />experienced. In the event this happened, the City or County would have to <br />pump into Area.
