A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF <br />COUNTY ROAD 116 (WILLOW DRIVE, <br />FROM HIGHWAY 12 TO MEDINA BORDER <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />existing ;:nder the laws of Mirr.esota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has been informed that <br />Hennepin Cfjs,zty will construct County Road 116 north of Orono in <br />the City of Medina; ind <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Orono <br />to consider extending County Road 116 soutt; to Higt..iay 12. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the o-nro Council <br />does hereby approve the preliminary design of County Road 116 <br />from Highway 12 north to the Orono/Medina border. <br />Adopted by the Orono C' `.y Council on. this 25th day of <br />September, 1989 <br />Acting t-iayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
