RECOMMENDATION - <br />It is recommended that staff send a letter to the affected <br />property owners indicating the tentative meeting date in <br />December, but that a petition signing an assessment waiver at the <br />60% level of property owners interested in the project must be <br />received prior to a meeting being held. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - <br />Niove� by , seconded by , that Council direct <br />staff to send a letter to the abutting property owners outlining <br />the level of support needed in order for the Council and City to <br />further consider this as a project.
