Stubb's Bay Sewer Meeting Questions and Answers <br />ISSUE - <br />1. Presentation of information regarding the Stubb's Bay meeting <br />held July 27, 1989. <br />2. Establishment of a date for the next Stubb's Bay meeting. <br />INTR:�DOCTION - At the informational meeting held July 27, ;;,y, a <br />number o questions were raised. Attachment A was pre,,:ared to <br />summarize the questions and answers given at that meeting. <br />In addition, a number o- redden ; of the area who were <br />interested in furthering t:ie develoi ,ent of a sewer desire to <br />have a meeting as soon a possible. <br />DISCUSSION - It is hoped that a meeting regarding Stubb's Bay <br />would again cp helJ In November and at that time the City would <br />be able to respond to gt...esl.:ons that were not able to be <br />addressed at the July 7tb mwe-tin:.. Significant questions to be <br />responded to are: <br />I. Will the City allowing any other areas to <br />be included, such as: <br />a. Oxford Road <br />b. "Fox Bend" Development (Leaf/Ba,, ide) <br />2. Will the City absorb any reserve charge. <br />3. Will the properties in the designated area be allowed <br />to change the zoning once sewer is available in order to <br />help them defray the cost. Also, would additional <br />buildable lots created through a rezoning be required to <br />pay a full unit charge. (It should be noted that this <br />was originally zoned R-IC, 1 acre lot size prior to the <br />1975 rezoning.) <br />4. What level of support (8) and waivers of assessment <br />does the Council desire to be signed prior to <br />undertaking this project. <br />1 <br />
