E. Greenhouses. Commercial greenhouses provided all <br />outside storage is fenced in such a manner so as to screen <br />the stored material from view when observed from the public <br />street or adjoining lot. Commercial greenhouse structures <br />shall not be located in a required yard area, and are <br />sub ect further to the general zoning code requirements <br />pertaining to accessory structures. <br />SECTIOA. 6. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby <br />amended by revising Section 10.03, Subdivision 12 as follows: <br />Subd. 12. Crowding Principal Building. No accessory <br />building or structure, unless an integral part of the principal <br />building, shall be erected, alterered, or moved within ten feet <br />of the principal building, nor within ten feet of another <br />accessory structure. <br />SECTION 7. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be <br />effective upon adoption, and a short summary shall be published <br />in the Laker and Pioneer newspapers. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this day of <br />, 1989, by a vote of ayes and nays. <br />orot y M.
