While an <br />outlot was provided for road purposes in the subdivision, it was <br />not provided across the rest of the Country Club property. <br />Proposed Motion - Moved by , , ec:onJeJ by , that the Council <br />indicate that the property owrers can fulfill the subdivision <br />requirements either by giving an opinion or consent that gives <br />the City its full easement rights, or an agreement giving fee <br />title of the outlot to the City when it deems it appropriate for <br />a public road. This could be subject to lead time and <br />configuration requirements agreeable to City staff.
