( oCr i oyes
ll
October 9, 1989
MEMO TO: THE ORONO COUNCIL
FROM: LUCIA T. MORISGN
1540 FOX STREET
ORONO
Since it appears that I do not have a satisfactory site for an
alternate drainfield on my 5.96 acres, a simple two lot subdi-
vision is not possible. There is, however, a site on my neigh-
bors land, directly to the West, which Steve Schirmers says is
suitable.
I, therefore, request approval of a permanent easement for that
purpose, according to the terms of the attached statement, so
that I can proceed with subdivision.
The MacMillan family agrees to grant a permanent easement to Lucia T. Morison,
1540 Fox St., only for the purpose of establishing an alternate drain field
site for her property which lies directly to the east. The easement will in-
volve approsimarely 135' x 75'. The easement will be permanent unless municipal
sewer becomes available. In that event the easement will become null and void
and the land will revert, unencumbered, to the MacMillan family.
