Applicant is proposing to construct a second story addition <br />over his existing house, which is 35' from the front lot <br />line where a 100' front yard setback is normally required. <br />This existing residence was constructed in 1954. <br />2. The proposed second story addition will encroach no closer <br />to the front lot line than the existing residence. <br />3. The proposed addition has the effect of converting this two <br />bedroom house into a three bedroom residence. Applicant is <br />planning to construct a new septic system based on the three <br />bedroom status of the house. The existing system consists <br />of one septic tank and a small amount of drainfield. <br />
