The properties proposed to be assP ---' ire: <br />Property Identification Number: <br />17-117-23 43 0142 <br />17-117-23 44 0006 <br />17-117-23 44 0007 <br />The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, <br />piece, or parcel of land is $ 506.67 This amount is in <br />addition to the amount previously assessed on Auqust 28, 1989 of <br />$ 253.56 . The previously assessed amount was calculated using <br />e restential rate when in fact the non-residential'or <br />commercial rate should have been used.--You-may at anytime prior <br />to certification of the assessment to the county auditor, pay the <br />entire assessment of such property with interest to the date of <br />payment, to the City of Orono. No interest shall be charged if <br />the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of <br />this assessment. You may at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br />the entire amount of the assessment .remaining unpaid, with <br />interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment <br />is made. Such payment must be made before November 15 or <br />interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeeeding <br />year. If you decide not to prepay the assessment before the date <br />given above the rate of interest that will appl. is 8 percent per <br />year. The right to partially prepay the assessment is not <br />available. <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file for pubic inspection at <br />the City Clerk's office. The total amount of the proposed <br />supplemental assessment is $3,164.76.
