Lenox <br />3440 Shoreline Dr <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />The Orono City Council finalized and adopted the assessment for <br />street lighting improvement on County Road 15 at the August 28, <br />1989, Council meeting. <br />The amount specially assessed against your particular lot, piece, <br />or parcel of land was reduced to $ 253.50 _ This <br />principal amount will be divided over I0 years in equal <br />installments with interest at 8%. You may at anytime prior to <br />certification,of the assessment to the county auditor, pay the <br />entire assessment of such property with interest to the date of <br />payment, to the City of Orono. No interest shall be charged if <br />the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of <br />this assessment. You may at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br />the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with <br />interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment <br />is made. Such payment must be made before November 15 or <br />interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeedir; <br />year. If you decide not to prepay the assessment before the da•.e <br />given above the rate of interest that will apply is 8 percent pet <br />year.
