Mabusth, Building & Zoning <br />Date: October 5, 1989 <br />COUNCIL MEETI <br />NG <br />OCT23 1989 <br />P27Admin�aiar ORONO <br />Subject: #1411 Sussex Square Development, 3020 Fox Street - <br />Preliminary Subdivision <br />The review by Council of the preliminary subdivision <br />application was delayed until the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District had granted preliminary approval of the grading and <br />drainage plans for the subdivision. The Watershed District <br />granted approval at their meeting on September 28th. The <br />application received a recommendation of approval at the <br />September 6th teeting of the Planning Commission. A cancellation <br />of the regular meeting of the Council on October 9th has created <br />serious scheduling problems for the 0-iveloper in preparing for <br />the installation of the road and drainage improvements prior to <br />the oncoming freeze. Coupled with the unfortunate delays, I will <br />not be present at your October 23rd meeting to present the <br />application because of vacation leave. The enclosed packet has <br />been prepared for your early review and comment. <br />If you have any questions, please contact my office as I <br />will be available through Thursday, October 12th. Please retain <br />this packet of information and include with your packet for the <br />October 23rd meeting. <br />
