Proposed Assessment Roll <br />ISSUE - Levying of supplemental assessments for the street light <br />project on certain properties. <br />DISCUSSION - After the street lighting project was complP+�ed and <br />assessed for the Navarre area it was discovered that three <br />parcels were assessed at the residentially used rate when they <br />should have been assessed at the non-resid:rnti al ly used rate. <br />Because the recalculation of the assessment `or these parcels <br />results in an increase in the total amount r.-,sessed to each of <br />them it is necessary to notify them, hold a public hearing, adopt <br />a seperate assessment roll by resolution and certify the <br />assessment to the County.
