Reviewed for Code Compliance
Nicole Post
RPS24-000102
9-10-24
Approved plans must be on site for
the duration of the project. Plans
must be available to inspector.
Please call 952-249-6000 to schedule
all inspections. Have permit number
and address when calling.
Separate Permits Required:
Plumbing
Mechanical
Electrical
Septic
Pool
Retaining walls
Please plan accordingly. The City will not issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Temp CO) for new
homes during the growing season from May 1st to November 1st. Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
requires all permits associated with the project to be finaled and an as-built survey approved by the City. If
vegetation is not fully established at the time of CO issuance, the erosion control escrow will continue to be held.
Keep all heavy equipment off the
proposed treatment areas before
and after construction. The
treatment area must be fenced off
before construction begins. The
system will need to be relocated if
failure to protect the areas
proposed for the on-Site Sewage
Treatment System occurs.
