Second Quarter Financial Update <br /> Finance Director Jin presented the second quarter financial 4pdate, noting revenues and expenditures are <br /> mainly on track at the mid-point of the year. <br /> The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> None <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ENGINEER REPORT <br /> 20. Upcoming Work Session and Council Training Schedule <br /> City Administrator Edwards presented suggested topics for work sessions for the remainder of 2025. <br /> The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff,including options to expand time for work <br /> sessions, for example, extending planned work sessions or adding daytime or evening meetings. The <br /> consensus of the Council was to add an hour to the next work session on July 28 and plan a two-hour <br /> stand-alone meeting later in the summer. <br /> Edwards updated the Council on roads and parks projects,budgeting, and the fire Joint Powers <br /> Agreement. <br /> COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Tunheim reported on the Fire Advisory Committee meeting. <br /> MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br /> Mayor and Council provided reports. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Benson moved,Ricks seconded,to adjourn the meeting at 7:59 p.m. to Monday,July 28,2025,at <br /> 6:00 p.m.VOTE: Ayes ays 0. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Christine Ian, City 1 Bob Tunheim,Mayor <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
